My name is tina porter. I live in my moms house. I have been here since october 15. My mom brought me here to help me. I was completely dependant on her until now and still depend on her. I am disabled mentally{ptsd bi polar} and i am 54 years old. in a wheelchair and on oxygen. Mom is 74 owns the house, is my only living relative,besides my 5 children and 3 grandchildren.mom moved out and went to 1008 "b" st, with my 2 youngest sons who were adopted to my sister who is now deceased. they all say they hate me. I am at 1013 n pearl st...alone now i use 2 wheelchairs in the house. my mom is my payee... she attacks me and encourages my sons to do so also.I am going to stop them from hurting me the only way i can since i have no money{ she refuses to give me any ] and is using money to care for herself and my sons. my ssd and ssi she has used all along for herself. I now have told her to stop hurting me, but to no avail. yesterday she threatened to kill me. I am seeking a way to get a restraining order, until i can arrange a ride{ because i have no money, it takes time. i am going to barricade the doors and windows and when she comes again, i will call 911.. i refuse to allow access without an officer present.this is only happening because my mom is using my money and not giving me any and when i asked her to stop harrassing me verbally and encouraging my sons to become violent towards me, it is my only way to defend myself until i can get the order. her number is 360 736 5394. my number is 360 736 9696. can you help to end this problem? all she needs to do is change her mindset away from hurting me..thank you...
