She asked him, 'How much are you selling the eggs for?'
The old seller replied, '$.25 an egg, Madam.'
She said to him, 'I will take 6 eggs for $1.25 or I will leave.'
The old seller replied, 'Come take them at the price you want. Maybe, this is a good beginning because I have not been able to sell even a single egg today.'

She took the eggs and walked away feeling she has won. She got into her fancy car and went to a posh restaurant with her friend. There, she and her friend, ordered whatever they liked. They ate a little and left a lot of what they ordered. Then she went to pay the bill. The bill costed her $45.00 She gave $50.00 and asked the owner of the restaurant to keep the change.

This incident might have seemed quite normal to the owner but, very painful to the poor egg seller.

The point is,
Why do we always show we have the power when we buy from the needy ones? And why do we get generous to those who do not even need our generosity?

I once read somewhere:

'My father used to buy simple goods from poor people at high prices, even though he did not need them. Sometimes he even used to pay extra for them. I got concerned by this act and asked him why does he do so? Then my father replied, "It is a charity wrapped with dignity, my child”

I know most of you won't share this message but if you feel that people need to see this, then do spread this message.Tina Hemingway it is true. people with lots o cash get free gifts from everyone, and poor people get kicked in the butt and told to move on when they are so tired of walking , they just want to take a nap, if i did not do it, i would go to prison for 45 days. i had blisters on the soles of my feet and she knew it.... homeless and near naked, no one would assist me... i begged God so many times to let me die. but no one will even let them sit on a bus bench. yeah that happened to me. i was forced to walk from one city to another and back even though the person who made me do it had free bus passes for anyone at any time.you can read about my sufferings in the bible, 1 Corinthians 4:8 Already you have all you want! Already you have become rich! You have begun to reign—and that without us! How I wish that you really had begun to reign so that we also might reign with you! 9 For it seems to me that God has put us apostles on display at the end of the procession, like those condemned to die in the arena. We have been made a spectacle to the whole universe, to angels as well as to human beings. 10 We are fools for Christ, but you are so wise in Christ! We are weak, but you are strong! You are honored, we are dishonored! 11 To this very hour we go hungry and thirsty, we are in rags, we are brutally treated, we are homeless. 12 We work hard with our own hands. When we are cursed, we bless; when we are persecuted, we endure it; 13 when we are slandered, we answer kindly. We have become the scum of the earth, the garbage of the world—right up to this moment....not every teaching was a lie for we well know that the resister quotes scripture to try to undermine the truth. such as the prosperity doctrine, a horrible lie that tickles their fancy and indeed it seems to work but what will they say, when the real owner shows up, he will say, you obviously never read the bible, you let others teach you, and they lied...on that day i will not be happy or sad, because Jesus won't let me feel that way.but for right now i am sad because they will never know how it feels to be saved....

Everyone is talking about how to stop school shootings. They say gun control would work. I do not agree... I think they should give all the kids in school a lesson in bullying. Really --they should make every one of them- walk up to the front of the class, and bully them, and make fun of them. That way they will not become bullies. When you pick on one little guy all the time, like me, you will regret it. Not everyone will do what i did, i stabbed a male student with a darning needle in the back... I don"t know where the teacher was but he was screaming. I did not like it, or not like it. I just wanted him and the rest of them to leave me alone. No adult ever found out about it. the guy i stabbed just ran by me after class and spit in my face. i am autistic, but no one knew it . Anti bullying starts in the home, and if the parents are bullies then the kid may be too. I am no bully. after that i stopped going to school...7th grade and i am still trying to figure out how i did that...oh and i got a ged passed with much higher average score...just because my mom made my clothes and she never told me how to bathe, They even forced me to go to the prom.i died that night. they were hurting me emotionally and i ran out and away as fast as i could to wait until it was over, so i could go home. i never spoke much. i never told my mom what my pedophile brother was doing, i never gt to go to a drs office for my broken arm 3 times, well after my hand turned purple. this is how a dangerous person begins, but I turned to Jesus, in fact looked for him so hard, and so long..and one day, one glorius day, i found my saviour. He saved me from myself...
